What I usually do.

Build
Taking a small operation and turning it into an industrial service business, from the first hires to the first big client.

Integrate
Bringing acquired companies into one way of working, with service levels written into the contracts so clients can measure them.

Professionalise
Building controlling and reporting where there was none, and IT the business can afford.

Hi, I'm István.
I've spent most of my working life on the operations side of industrial companies. My first jobs, at Bosch and AVL in Budapest, were in German.
/ off the clock
Weekends are for tinkering.
Home automation, from the wiring to the code. Drone flying. Weightlifting twice a week. And the AI system that runs my own planning, which saves me at least an hour a day.
